Sticky Chicken Breasts

After a long day at work or school, cooking dinner should never be difficult. And this dish certainly isn't. This recipe uses ingredients you have already in your pantry so there's no need to go to the grocery store no matter how late you come home and need to get dinner on the table. You can double or triple the recipe in case you need to feed lots of people. With some fluffy, wild rice & a crisp salad this dinner is always a winner and it might even become a weekly dinner staple in your house.

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
2 large dollops of apricot jam
2 large dollops of ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat your broiler to high

Mix the apricot jam, ketchup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over the chicken breasts and massage the two until well combined

Place the chicken breasts on a small baking tray lined with non-stick aluminum foil and place in the broiler to cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking

Serve each chicken breast on a plate with rice and salad
