Coffee Ice Cream

                          This recipe is so easy and all you need to do is pour all the ingredients into a stand mixer, whip it until you have soft peaks, then freeze it. NO ICE CREAM MACHINE REQUIiRED!!!!!!

          6 oz. sweetened condensed milk
          1 1/3 cups heavy cream, chilled
          1/4 of any coffee or espresso, lukewarm
           2 tbsp. fine espresso powder

         Throw all the ingredients into the stand mixing bowl with a whisk attachment

         Let it mix for about 5 minutes, until you have thick, soft peaks

         Place the ice cream mixture in a bowl and cover it in cling film or a plastic container with a lid 

         Freeze for a minimum of 6-8 hours or overnight

         Whenever you're ready to eat it, let it sit out for a few minutes to get soft

         Scoop it out and serve
